The Royal George is a free house set in the heart of the old village of Staithes on the cobbled High Street, amidst an array of fishermen's and smugglers' cottages just a few hundred yards from the beach and tiny harbour.

Located on the edge of the Yorkshire coast, Staithes is on the Cleveland Way and forms the border for the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, making it the ideal base for holidaymakers, day trippers, walkers, surfers and fisherman.
